According to the Greek mythology, the Lotus - the greek word is "lōtós" - is the plant which is said that people get feelings of happiness and forget their troubles of life when they eat its fruits.
It has been loved as a "symbol of purity that purifies impurity" in Japan and Asia since ancient times.
The Lotus Flower in the airLUCE series is the lighting which emits light gently from the entirety of its sixteen wings which emulate the shapes of the petals of a flower.
This lighting was named in the hope that it could heal and purify people's mind and body.

ギリシア神話では「その実を食べると、楽しくて世の苦も忘れてしまう」と言われる植物lotus（ギリシャ語：lōtós）。日本やアジアでも古代から「汚れを浄化する清らかさの象徴」として愛されてきました。
airLUCE（エアルーチェ）シリーズのLotus Flowerは、花びらに見立てた16枚の羽根全体が優しく発光するあかりです。心身を癒し、浄化したいと願って名付けられました。光のカラーは、標準色ウォーム・ホワイト（電球色）とクール・ホワイト（昼白色）の他、特注色のオレンジ、チェリー、パープル、コバルト・ブルー、ターコイズ・ブルーの6色をご用意しています。空間のイメージを変えてくれる7種類のあかりをお楽しみください。
